TEAM MEMBER DUTIES:
Operating an automated machine that produces glued parts that need to be fastened together.
A keen eye for detail is needed for this task.
Loading the machine by stacking plastic strips in a color and length pattern Cutting plastic parts to length using a miter/ chop saw.
Power tool experience is recommended for this task.
Operating a high-speed aluminum cutting saw to cut extruded parts to length and buffing ends to remove sharp edges QC parts to confirm products meet quality and tolerance standards- as needed Scoring frames with saw-as needed ADDITIONAL DUTIES MAY INCLUDE:
Adhering plastic strips to the edge of a cut fabric Grinding the ends of plastic parts Cross training to assemble metal components, operate equipment and participate in the cleaning cycle with the rest of the Team Forklift operation if needed (not a requirement) Operating a heat press to finalize a product line SKILLS REQUIRED AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED FOR POSITION o A careful eye for detail and quality is critical o Dexterity of fingers and being able to assemble small parts o Tape measure knowledge - 1/16 increments o Ability to check part tolerances with calipers o Effective communicator and understand English instruction o Self-motivated & strong work ethics o Safe handling skills for materials & yield conscience o Safely lift up to 50 lbs.
if needed o Willingness to switch from job to job as needed o Must be able to distinguish colors ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Starting Wage is $21 per hour for initial 60 day training period with $1 wage increase after completing the 60 day training.
Additional increases can be acheived based on improved skills and attributes shown.
60 day bonus! After your successful 60-day review, you'll receive a $250 bonus for just being amazing!! Great hours:
