We are recruiting for the following position(s):

Full-Time position available for our Monroe dental clinic. May be required to come in on some Saturdays to cover shift. We are looking for customer service oriented candidates who are Bilingual in English/Spanish. The receptionist is needed to coordinate dental appointments, post patient data, maintaining an appropriate flow of the front office, and to facilitate the delivery of dental care generate dental records, assist dental provider in services to patients. Applicant must have basic computer knowledge, excellent verbal and written skills, and the ability to work with a diverse multi-cultural population.

Qualifications and/or Requirements:

  • This positions requires the ability to type 40-45 wpm,
  • previous Dental Receptionist experience,
  • Customer service training, and ability to process at least 20 new patients per day.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish required.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
